Real Data Infrastructure for the AdvancedMD You Already Run
AdvancedMD gives you ODBC and an open API because your data was always meant to go further than one system. We are the ally that builds the infrastructure behind that door: Microsoft SQL, Azure, Power BI, and Fabric, governed to your organization.
Somewhere in your practice, there is a spreadsheet holding it all together
It started as a quick export. Now it has fifteen tabs, three people who understand it, and formulas nobody will touch. It gets rebuilt every month from downloads out of AdvancedMD, the clearinghouse, and the payment system, and everyone quietly hopes it is right, because payroll decisions and provider payouts ride on it.
The spreadsheet that runs your practice was never a decision. It just happened, one export at a time, because the data lived in five systems and somebody had to pull it together. That job deserves real infrastructure.
What we build
We build a single governed store for your practice's data, on Microsoft SQL or Azure SQL, fed automatically from AdvancedMD through ODBC and the API, joined with the systems around it. The clearinghouse, the payment processor, the scheduler, the phone system, whatever your operation runs on, normalized into one place that updates itself instead of waiting for someone's export.
On top of that store sits Power BI and Microsoft Fabric: the reports, dashboards, and portals your team actually logs into. One version of every number, the same answer no matter who asks, refreshed on schedule without a human in the loop. The fifteen-tab spreadsheet retires, and nobody has to hope anymore.
Secured to how your organization actually works
Access is controlled to the row. Row-level security means each person who opens a report sees exactly what they should and nothing more: a provider sees their own numbers, a location manager sees their location, an owner or executive sees everything. One report serves the whole organization, and the data each person can reach is governed centrally instead of by which file got emailed to whom.
That matters for trust, and it matters for exposure. Patient and financial data stops circulating in attachments and downloads, and starts living in one place with controlled, auditable access.
Data in, data out, data kept clean
Moving to AdvancedMD, or need your AdvancedMD data feeding another system? We move data in and out, one-time or continuously: demographics including custom tabs, calendars, notes, files, billing history, and custom claim fields. Migrations are prepared, validated, and reconciled, not dumped and prayed over.
And after the move, we keep it clean. Data drifts: duplicates creep in, categories fray, fields fill with junk. We run scheduled hygiene, daily or quarterly, so the data your decisions rest on stays normalized instead of quietly rotting.
It grows with you instead of starting over
The same build serves a single practice and a multi-location group without being rebuilt at each stage. Add a location, add providers, add a system, and the store absorbs it: new feeds, same structure, same reports, security extended to the new rows. The proof it holds at scale: this same architecture runs a behavioral health organization with more than 200 providers operating across 43 states, with row-level security governing who sees what across the entire footprint.
If a group or a buyer ever looks at your practice, this is also what clean looks like in diligence: one governed source of truth instead of a folder of exports.
AdvancedMD runs the practice. We make its data run the business.
AdvancedMD is your system of record, and it stays your system of record. Nothing moves out of it, and your team keeps working exactly where they work today. We build the layer beside it that AdvancedMD opened ODBC and the API for: the place where its data joins everything else and becomes usable at organization scale.
If one system holds everything you need and its standard reports answer every question you have, you do not need us.
If your practice runs on exports, attachments, and a spreadsheet everyone fears, that is exactly what we replace.
